Acting Lessons

Private coaching from a working actor of 30+ years — auditions, scenes, on-camera and more.

Jennifer not only has a great deal of talent and experience in the performing arts, she is also a talented teacher. She has a deep understanding of how the “human instrument” works and how to apply that knowledge to bring out the best performance possible in her students. — Connie B., retired day-care owner
Jennifer understood my son's musical and acting needs, which made his lessons enjoyable. — parent of Peter C.

Have an audition coming up that you want to nail? Got a part in the school play or community theater and aren't sure what to do with it? Or do you simply love acting and you're preparing for college or a move to NYC? I've been in this crazy acting business for 30+ years — wherever you are, I have been there too, and I'd really enjoy helping you.

Lessons are structured but a lot of fun, with homework between sessions. I teach weekends and weekdays, with a strict 24-hour cancellation policy that applies to me too. Most lessons are 30 minutes. Students can increase to a 45-minute lesson based on focus, vocal maturity, and what would be most enjoyable for them.
