My belief system

Wherever you are today in your fitness and nutrition journey is where you are. It's not bad or good; it simply is. Rather than an overhaul, we'll find places to tweak. As overused as the term is, we will create a lifestyle change: I want it to feel off for your body to not move every single day, and to feel off when you eat too much sugar or not enough protein or fiber. I have my own demons too — I'm truly addicted to sugar — so I know what you're going through. I'm here to help you create behavioral changes to achieve your goals.

Yes, we can meet in your home (additional travel fee) or a gym or outdoors at a park (that’s always fun!). But most prefer to work together via Zoom or FaceTime simply due to time constraints. We can meet in your living room, kitchen, or office — anytime that works for your schedule. Not having to drive to a gym or pay for a gym membership is very helpful.

If you have equipment at home such as dumbbells, exercise ball, resistance bands, I'll help you learn how to use them most effectively. However, walls, floors and chairs make for incredible workouts! Together we will create a daily routine you can do anytime, not just when we're together.
